Refund Policy
You have a 30-day refund period upon the date you received the item. 

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Stains, folded cards, broken seals/plastic foiling will not be accepted. Products that have been personalized cannot be refunded. 

Non-refundable items:
Gift cards
Downloadable software products
Health and personal care items

To complete your refund, we require a receipt of purchase and photos/videos of the faulty product.

Please contact us within 24 hours if you need to modify or cancel your order. Make sure to provide your order number and modification you would like to make and we will confirm once the modification has been made.

Please note that any order that are placed for 24 hours or longer have already been packed and shipped. You are required to return the package to us in an unused condition, in order to qualify for refund. We will determine whether it qualifies for refund.
